The Dave Fanning blog. We’ll need an aggregator soon enough just for Irish DJs. Welcome to the Blog O’Sphere Dave and hope to see you have fun here. Dave has got to have the perfect personality for blogging. We all know how much information he knows and the medium of radio with the time limits of ads and songs means Dave always appears not to be able to tell you everything he wants to. Blog it Dave!
Yea he does, and it says he’s 26…LMAO
It’s great Dave has a blog, but what’s not so great it that you have to login to myspace to be able to read it. Can’t find any rss feed either. He should have got a blog at http://www.blogs.ie!
Uuggggh…myspace?! Someone give him a wordpress.com account
The page is laid out exactly as Fanning speaks…no punctuation! Get that man a real blog!
It’s a start kids. Relaxez vous and think back to your own first blog.
Wow, as I read it, the voice in my head is Dave’s and I just cant read fast enough to keep up.
Glad to see the Blog Nazis are out in force, as Damien says it’s a start.
“Blog nazis” – I’m assuming you’d be including yourself in that comment Dave?
I’m not knocking the guy, it’s probably a good way to link in with bands and the like. Plus tons of people use it and it’s easy. I do think he could benefit from a dedicated blog though. 😉
[…] Damien posted about Dave Fanning creating a blog today. Scooted on over to check it out and saw that Bat from that band Glyder I saw a couple of weeks ago was the first one to comment. Small world. Still, I hate mySpace and its ilk. Especially peoples annoying videos that I can’t stop. […]
No not really, if someone wants to use a blogspot blog, a wordpress.com blog, a myspace blog, a live journal I don’t really care. Sure I’d have preferences but I don’t get worried about ‘urrgghh it doesn’t have an RSS feed’ and stuff like that. Incidentally you didn’t critise him for that kind of thing so I wansn’t talking about you!
I agree 100% but in a lot of ways I can see why people prefer to use MSN Spaces or things like that, it’s much easier to have friends and things like that. You and I use RSS etc to keep up to date but for the vast majority of people blogging they are using built in tools in MSN Spaces or Live Journal.
