    I think Twitter is bigger than we know because my direct mail back channel in twitter offers total signal, no spam.

    Last week, Twitter’s back channel helped a new cameraphone into my letter box. If I get free swag for every 200 twitter updates, that’s much more return for time invested than blogging or direct emails.
